Transferring credits from area community colleges
Northwestern College holds articulation agreements with many area community colleges. This means transferring credits from your Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) should be simple and pain free. By reviewing your transcripts, we can show you exactly how your completed courses will fulfill Northwestern BSN requirements.
If you still have questions, please feel free to contact the registrar's office, 712-707-7145, to find equivalency status.
Transferring your work experience
Northwestern grants up to 66 credits to working nurses with confirmation of 7 years RN experience along with an ADN degree or Hospital diploma. You may have also completed additional elective credits that will qualify as required course equivalents.
